you mean Brees that had a record breaking season and Rodgers who was the league mvp? Yeah, nobody said hewas a probowler, but a decent journeyman corner. We can't have prowbowlers at every position.

Jenkins is competitive. Caused a fumble and recovered it himself. What he lacks in size he makes up in effort and he plays with confidence. Pro-bowler material? Not just yet. If he was we couldn't pay him anyways.

Yep, as far as being a good corner that's about all the guy lacks, hands. Well, that and about 3" and 10lbs more.

Look at their stats sox. Jennings and a whole lot of other CB's got pantsed by those two. For his few waeknesses he's still a gritty little player. It's good to have his exprience around we just need to draft a guy to bring along the line.

If I hadn't drank away the good part of my memory of weeks 10-17, I would be able to list many more times Tim got picked on when he wasn't able to commit a PI. He simply is not a good CB. Good CBs don't get benched for guys who give up four TDs in one game.

I watched him and I think he's a better CB than you give him credit for. The benching was more about getting some size on the field. We'd have been better off playing Jennings as it turned out. I'm guessing we were able to get him fairly cheap and if we do better between now and the season you can always cut him. We need to at least keep some of the defensive backfield together.
