    good signing. with graham likely gone and knox's status up in the air, weems is a great special teams replacement.

    I hate Wasting cap on special teams that's what rounds 4 to 7 are for of those guys don't pan out

    This guy is Rashied Davis 2.0 with more kick return ability. It is a solid signing and one that may have been promised to Toub when he re-signed.

    Lets not forget that Hester's cap number is stupid next year so we may be getting his replacement ready.

    Has there been any confirmation of how much he makes? From what I understand, he is a really good return man, and I don't know if it makes sense to have two of them on the team if you have a salary cap. Maybe the Bears think he can turn into a solid receiver.

    Man, he will have to be hella good. I think the guy is only 5'9. Too me, too short to catch anything, but maybe slot.
