    what about Dreason from Houston? i like him better then davis, he can block and catch unlike davis

    Im with you on that. he is old and banged up. kellen davis is still unproven, hope he comes back...and we should drop spaeth and see what andre can do.

    We need a TE whether it is Davis or not depends on how much money he wants.

    I know absolutely nothing about Dreesen, but someone else on this site was saying he was good. Worth a look-see!

    he filled in for Owen Daniels a local naperville resident, Daniels is good but dreeson is just as good if not a little worse the Daniels if that says anything

    It's quite clear we are going to continue trying to be a strong run team and that is were Spaeth fits us well. Although Davis is fast (4.6 in 40 yd dash) and tall (6ft6) he was rated below average for blocking. Spaeth had a better overall rating, but from what I recall it was Davis who performed better.

    The primary reason if Spaeth is kept is to cover Webb's behind. Andre Smith is a good blocker and can do it for less money.
