I'd like to keep him. I don't see why we don't just cut Spaeth and give Davis some of that money.
I really wanted to see Davis in this new offense.
If we don't resign him we've just added another draft/fa need. I see no reason to NOT resign him.

Not much a FA market now for the TE position or any real standouts worth drafting. So with Spaeth not being much of an offensive threat I do see a need i bringing back Davis. Unless there is real potential in Andre Smith.
Spaeth is a damn good blocker. I say keep him, but Davis will probably be overpaid by the cowboys, and making us get a TE in the draft (hint: should be the guy from Clemson)
Shouldn't the Bears be watching the NCAA tourney closely to see who the next big TE is going to be?
He's ok but id like to see Dallas Clark here instead
