I guess it's just me but I really don't see that happening. We'll see.

No, I'd sooner draft a rb then pay good money for one. We got Forte and Bell this year, draft another one and go from there.

Agreed. I have no clue why we are looking at this guy unless there's something crazy going on with Forte in the background.

Or we could be getting him cheap. Seems Marshall was pretty cheap to us...

    Smoke?

I have a funny feeling about this. Bears bring in a starting caliber Runningback with the exact set of tools that our current starter already possesess?

Forte has said he would be "fine" with the tag so long as it was only serving to temporarily bridge for long-term contract negotiations.

Let's bring in a guy who's only a year older than our current starter (less mileage), with the same skill set and see what his asking price is.

I can't help but think this means 1 of 2 things: Bush visiting is a warning to Forte in negotiations Or Bush will end up being our new starting Runningback.

You guys are talking about a 1-2/Complimentary punch at Runningback?

Michael Bush is not the guy. He is deserving of a STARTING/PRIMARY ROLE with STARTING/PRIMARY MONEY$ and Michael Bush is fully aware of this.

He would not be beating around the bush (no pun) in CHICAGO. This is a man looking for the Big Time Role & Money.

So what are you doing in Chicago Michael Bush?

I just keep hearing more about him and us. I think he deserves way more than I want the Bears to pay for a backup.

NFL network is reporting we added a new piece to the offense. Find out who after the break.

Solid point but Michael Bush is no where near the back Forte is. I wouldn't say they had the same skill-set. He's a bruiser and Forte is more shifty/speed. Plus one of the best receiving backs in the game.
