Nice analysis soul I think mercilus and perry both could be at our pick and wouldn't mind either. But I think perry would be the safe pick and mercilus the high risk high reward guy. I just hope we can pick up Wimbley if he gets released so we can just go bpa at lt wr de dt lb db s

Thanks mo. Ideally I'd like to see us fill that DE spot in FA too. It's a bummer that we couldn't land MWill but that's the breaks. There are still some guys out there who could help. I just like the idea of going into the draft with the major holes filled in FA. Marshall fills one, if we can sign Hayden at CB that's two and if Wimbley can play LDE that's three if we can sign him.

Once Emery has done that we no longer have to draft for need and we can go BPA or even take a flyer on Mercilus knowing we got some time to have Marinelli coach him up. I'd me happy with either of those two or even Cox but the key is filling that pass rusher spot. So far we've lost out on two and the list is getting shorter.

The way things are stacking up right now I'd draft a DE in one and look real hard at an OG in the second if Tice is truly thinking of pitting CWill against Webb at LT. It makes sense but I feel bad for CWill since he's never gotten much of a chance to settle in at any one position and this is his contract year.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Agreed. He's kind of the Daniael Manning of the offense.
