    Gotta agree with you guys on Royal there if those contract numbers are right. Royal >> Weems as a WR option in addition to return role. Can't blame Emery for Mario but that looks like a Royal whiff there, could have cut him next year if he didn't return to form with Cutler.

    They're correct according to Spotrac and I trust them on this data. They don't show a signing bonus but they do show $6 mil guaranteed so I'm guessing the structure is likely to be a $1.5 SB and his first year guaranteed at $4.5 mil. It sure as hell seems to me like he'd been worth it. Sanz has potential but Royal is now. I imagine the signing of Weems aced this put but will never hold a candle to Royal as a WR. Weems = Sam Hurd.
