Schefter was on ESPN 1000 and he said that he expects NO charges to be filed against Brandon Marshall in the nightclub incident and that the police next week would more than likely dismiss all charges.
He also mentioned that Emery new about it the entire time and got an extra day to research the incident before the trade happened.

Good deal. Marshall claimed that it would turn out this way and you could tell that he was being honest and sincere in that opinion. Last I heard the woman who made the accusations dropped out of sight the minute the police investigation got serious.
If those accusations were the reason the Dolphins panicked and decided to trade him well then God Bless Her!!! We got ourselves an All Pro WR nicknamed "The Beast" for a 3rd and a future 3rd and that was legalized theft. I can't wait to see him and Cutler in action.
