This is my realistic mock draft and what I would do in the draft without any crazy ideas or trades.
1[19] DE Chandler Jones [Syracuse] 6'5" 265lbs.
I truly believe that Chandler Jones is one of the true sleepers in this draft and is going to shock some people on draft day. Jones has the height [6'5"] arms length [35"] and the burst that the Bears love. Jones is raw right now and he relies on his speed/strength combo to get to the QB with limited technique. When Jones develops his pass rush technique he could be a monster in the mold of Jason Pierre-Paul. Jones has time to develop as Idonije will start the season.

2[50] WR Brian Quick [Appalachian State] 6'4" 220lbs.
This years WR class is deep with big physical WR talent and while I thought about a move up for Rueben Randle it was too costly. Quick has the size and speed [4.5] to develop into a player that can contribute early. Quick has a similar physical build to Brandon Marshall and would give the Bears massive targets in the passing game. Quick can become the #2 WR allowing Bennett to stay in the slot where he is at his best.

3[80] OG Brandon Washington [Miami] 6'3" 320lbs.
The Bears cannot get a LT to compete with Webb they should move Chris Williams out to LT to compete. The Bears need to add competition, size and physicality to their interior OL and Washington has all those things. Washington started this season at LT for the Hurricanes and has a lot of athletic ability to go with his strength. His physicality could have him starting at LG.

4. CB DeQuan Menzie [Alabama] 5'11" 200lbs.
The Bears need to start investing developmental picks in an aging defense. Menzie is an incredibly physical CB that has played for Nick Saban so you know they can play zone and they can tackle. Menzie can provide depth behind Tillman and compete against Jenning to start.

5. LB Miles Burris [San Diego St] 6'2" 240lbs.
The Bears continue their depth search with Burris who has the speed to warrant development at WLB. The Bears have a couple of seasons to get the next generation in place and do not need to invest too high of a pick. Burris has the physical skills and has experience attacking the line of scrimmage.

6. S Keith Tandy [West Virginia] 5'11" 202lbs.
The Bears have a couple of young safeties in Wright and Conte that they will move forward with, but both have been injured and inconsistent. Tandy has played CB and S for the Mountaineers and has the coverage skills and speed to play the FS position. You also know that Lovie will want to draft a safety at some point.

7. DT Tydreke Powell [UNC] 6'2" 312lbs.
The Bears need depth at the DT position and while Powell has some rough edges he has the size and strength to warrant a look in run downs at the NT position.
