Windy I like this mock better than your other ones. I'm just disappointed that one of those late round picks didn't say Vontaze Burfict. We need to roll a late one on him.

I would like to see Nate Potter in that mock for depth at OT. He can be had, and he just might be the type of competition that Webb needs to motivate to learn faster and get better sooner.

We can probably do better than Adrien Robinson in the 5th. He's as raw of a prospect as there is in this draft and wasn't much of a pass catcher in college.
Overall I think it's very good though and pretty realistic to what we can expect barring any trades.

Good call. Forgot about Potter. I remember eraly on he was showing up in a lot of the mock drafts, but not so much as of late. We definitely need a T in rds 2 or 3.

The guy is a total headcase. Amazing to think he was being projected as a mid first round pick as recently as December. Way to ruin your draft stock with lacklustre combine and awful showings in interviews / media
I'm not adverse to spending a 5th rounder on him though. The guy is one mean sob. I can't see him pulling any of his BS with Urlacher, Briggs and Peppers in the locker room and at the end of the day, rounds 4 onwards are pretty much all longshots. It'd be interesting if nothing else!!

I know that no one on this board is a fan of Burfict. lol But I think we could do something good with that kind of crazy. He would be a very good gamble with those later round picks. However, despite everything negative that has been said about him, I will not be shocked one bit if a team drafts him in RD 3.

There is a thread on this very subject, but a lot of people, Windy and Benji included, have been playing around with the idea of drafting Nigel Bradham in either the third or fourth round. He would be an ideal fit for Lovie's Cover 2 schematics. The only negative I see with him is that he tends to turn himself into a human projectile missile when it comes to tackling in space. That hit that he had on the Miami receiver in the video in the Nigel Bradham thread signifies to me that even though that was a clean hit, he has had other similar situations whereby he was penalized for helmet-to-helmet hits on opposing players. One thing I want to make clear: as great as he is for the Pittsburgh Steelers, I do not want a James Harrison as a SLB for the Bears, nor do I want to bring someone else onto the team who played with reckless abandon like Brandon Meriweather did at FS. The only thing gained by having such defenders on a football team is mounting penalized yardage that could ultimately make or break a team's back.
