Grizz's 2012 Mock
Sorry for lack of detail, doing this from class on my phone but here goes for what its worth
Ima use little bears trade idea:
Chi [19] for Hou [26] and [58]
1-Courtney Upshaw: DE, Alabama
Agressive with a high motor he will fit right in with our defensive mindset and help add pressure from the edge while developing into a 3 down guy
2-Kevin Zeilter: G, Wisconsin
The badger boys are reuntited in the windy city (take it easy soul stop drooling man) and hopefully can pick up where they left off. Big, Nasty, Mauler. Mike Tice could do wonders here
2-Brian Quick: WR Appalation State
Another big toy for Cutler hopefully develops into an outside guy and redzone threat letting Bennett do more damage in the slot.
3-Josh Chapman: DT Alabama
3tech guy who can work into the already young and full of potential group we have. Fresh legs inside make pep's job easier as the pocket crumbles from the middle.
4- Keenan Robinson: OLB, Texas
Underated guy in my eyes can add depth and possibly work in and take over our Strong side LB job. Adds youth to an aging corp.
5-Ben Jones: C, Georgia
Adds depth to our center position that has been overlooked of late, Garza isnt getting any younger
6-Robert Blanton: CB, ND
Couldnt create a better guy for our scheme. Solid tackler with good size he will fit in perfectly
7-Duke Ihenacho: S, Iowa State
We have a young group but we need depth and possibly a special teams guy. Why not?
Again sorry for lack of detail this is a pain on my phone but hope you all like it!

Good post. I can't comment too much more on the subject because there's so much speculation and I must have given my two cents a dozen times already. Now I'm completely broke.

Houston wouldn't give up pick #58 to move up Grizz. Pick #58 = 320 pts but the difference between #19 and #26 is only 175 pts. Best you could get from them for that is a their 3rd and a 5th if the points are to equal out.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

I really think we are going to struggle to move down and get value.
Who in this draft is Houston moving up for?
Everyone is trying to trade down because there are 6-7 elite prospects in this draft and everyone else is clumped together.

Pay attention in class!

I like Upshaw alot. Looks like the kind of guy who's gonna be a solid solid pro and brings the nasty - sort of a London Fletcher type but plays off the edge.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

I'd still rather have Mercilus in the first round. I wouldn't be surprised if Emery finds a way to trade down, but as Windy said, with so much uncertainly after the top ten draft picks, it will be difficult for Emery to do that.
