Yeah it's not like he would have been making Omiyale money. I still believe Okoye would flourish more as a permanent back up with a ton more of shelf-life than at Tampa. A back up, productive, UT still in my mind, has a good amount of impact and worth the expense at least in this system.
Arguing on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win your still messed up.

I don't know who to blame here for his departure - Emery, or Okoye himself. It isn't as if we don't have the money in our coffers to afford what it would take to pay him, even though we've significant spent down our excess cap space. My best guess is that Okoye wanted to go somewhere where he could start all the time, and Tampa Bay is slowly building up its team from scratch again.

Early I seen ONE good play/ block from him, other wise I seen nothing else.
The passion of a few, to rule the many, that's Washington D.C.. Where else was that said before, about whom?

Sure, but of the plays I have watched him blocking (perhaps 6 or so, 5 in preseason) that block against the Colts makes 1 good block out of 6. The direction of change is excellent :) The fact that the coaches had him in at all ssuggests they saw better blocking than I did. I wouldn't argue with them if that's what they would say.

Cutler had outstanding weapons today. I can't remember a Bears offense with this many outstanding weapons. Cutler, Forte, Bush, Marshall, Bennett, Hester, Ashlon, et. al.
For a 4th round draft pick like Rodriguez, to even get any playing time is a good thing. He will get better and better with game reps. For a rookie, in his first game, he did OK.

He made key blocks on three of Forte's four longest runs, so you must not have have seen a whole lot. Also, sealed the hole against a HARD stack on Bush's first TD.
Also, you saw.

Damn straight . I saw him make a couple of wallop blocks today . He really slammed his man full full speed . None of that last second pre contact slow up stuff . It was impressive .
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

Tice must have put the fear of God into the boy. Really. I didn't see Forte's really big runs in the first drive because I slept until almost 1:30 EST (overslept), but still, that's a very good sign that he's starting to come through for us.

I think they are still figuring out his role on the team.
He is kind of a "tweener".
Is he a FB ? A TE? I dunno.
IS HE TIM TEBOW ?
