All good points. And boy has Rodgers gotten out of so many sacks. So many tiems we've failed to hold onto him when we had him fro a sack. He sure is tought o bring down sometimes. Can barely wait to see McClellin on the field. I'm anxious to see how he golds down that left side when he's in there.

Where are you at in New Jersey. What city? I used to date a woman who lived in Bridgewater and visited there a few times. Nice area.

I live in Clark and oddly enough, I work in Somerville which is right next to Bridgewater. You did the long distance dating thing? Must have been quite a woman.

Anyway sadly I'm to young to remember any of these games. :/

Hopefully, a fierce pass rush this year will help the Bears' cause against the Packers. I don't know if we'll sweep the series against them this year, but I have a feeling that we will win in Chicago due to home field advantage. Green Bay is such a tough place to win in; it's the ultimate home field advantage in the league, over us, Pittsburgh, and Dallas.

The offense will keep us in both games this year if the games get to be high scoring because we will finally be able to let fly a few great passes to three very talented WRs and a couple of solid TEs, and then there's the running game, which is arguably one of the very best in the NFL even by last year's standards. I think Mike Tice is going to be the the best offensive coordinator the franchise has ever had. I think Rod Marinelli is going to make this defensive line a monster, and our secondary will be better this year th an it was last season.

What are you talking about we can never beat the Packers. I know because I read ESPN and Fox the day after the game and they have never said we beat the Packers. The Packers will away out play us and it will only be bad luck or because we got lucky and they loss the game. But you will almost never read that we beat them. I don't care if we win 100 -0 it wouldn't be our play that won the game it would be luck on our part or bad calls, even when the calls were right or the call went agaist us in the first place. Hell I can't even remember ever reading how we dominated the Packer even when we have. It think its part of the sportswritter creed that forbits them from ever writting anything good about the Bears.
Hell I remember us beating the Loins the year they went 0-16 were we give credit winning the game hell no, the Loins played hard enough to win but coming up short and hell I thought all games were 60 minutes. Or a bad call or two hurt them badly even when we got a dozen bad call in the some game. Our BearsWRs never catch a great pass they are all lucky.

We could go 19 - 0 this season and be the first NFL team have never won any of there games outright its a fact of life as long as we are Bears fans, I for one don't give a damn. Oh I will beat anyone on here the if we did go 19-0 we would not be the season #1 team in the Power rating.Sportwritter just can't do things like that.

The Giants beat them that way and so can we.

I take that you've been listening to too much Trent Dilfer on ESPN, right? LOL.

I will grant you this: the media rarely gives the Bears much love because of the front office management that has been in place for the past thirty-something years up until this year. For the most part, though, I think the media is finding what the Bears are doing with this year's draft and free agents and trades to be a big move in the right direction. The only media outlet of which I know that constantly bashes the Bears no matter what happens is The Bleacher Report, and that's because they have a bunch of malcontent fans writing for them. Negative publicity sells newspapers and magazine subscriptions, JJ, so some of this negative press will continue until the Bears earn their respect by convincingly whipping at least three-quarters of the teams they face.

Haha, well that could be interpreted in several ways but in the long run it would have negative connotations. Crazy is as crazy does. Long story which would probably take longer to tell than the relationship lasted, LOL. I met her out here while she was vacationing with family in Colorado. She visited several times a year and I took a couple of trips back there. Nice area and totally different from what I imagined.

I used to travel out there years ago too because the company who manufactured one of the lines the company I was working for then distributed was located in Paramus and their sales manager lived in Bergen Park. I'd go out for sales and service training sessions. Almost went to work for them before I changed careers and move out here. The East Coast was not for me I guess.

The woman thing is just another in a very long list of craziness that's surrounded the single era's of my life. Some day I'll tell you the story of how I got that "mello jello" tag that's under my board name. It was given to me by a pair of previous members and there's a woman attached to that story too.

Well then you of all people would know what I always endured living in GB both before and while you were there. Man did you ever hit the nail on the head. The Press-Gazette had a writer named Len Wagner, don't know if you ever had the pleasure, but whenever the Packers lost it was never because they were actually beaten by a better team. It was always a bad call, bad officiating, or some voodoo curse of some kind. LOL

They could get out gained 400 yards to 200 yards and beaten by a score of 30-0 and it was still just some bad breaks for them and some lucky plays by the other guys that did them in. That and the holding call which caused their only TD to be called back. I know it seems like I'm exaggerating but if I am it ain't by much.

And now of course it's ESPN that loves us not. LOL. Ah well all that disrespect is fine if they can use it to pump up and it just makes the victories all that much sweeter for me.

We don't have something called "college" in Denmark, but if I lived in US I would have been into a college studying business.

Really? Never thought of Green Bay having a good home or as you call it a ulitimate home field advantage. I thought Saints was harder, because of the roof making it extremly loud.

If that's right then we had the wrost offensive coordinator and the best in our franchise.. on two years!

I said it again and I'll say it again, I think we have a better chance of winning the SB this year, than in 2007. All tho I didn't follow the Bears at that time, but just looking at the game, with Rex bad grossman. Good start we had and a horrible end.
I feel it's time to win a SB. We shoudn't end like the Cubs..
