    Chicago might have gone for Shea McClellin a little early, but there's no question that the front line needed someone who can make plays on the edge. McClellin is an effort guy, not a speed rusher, so we'll see if his game is fast enough for the NFL.     I appreciate his confidence but you have to wonder just how much the guy really knows about football and the Bears when he says that McClellin isn't a "speed rusher" in addition to being a high effort guy. What's a 4.63 forty for a 260lb DE if that's not fast. The only guy who beat him was Irvin and that's exactly what he's considered.

    Maybe I'm reading this out or context or maybe what he should have said is that McC is a high effort guy with great speed off the edge but to question whether or not he has NFL speed is pretty dumb. If he doesn't then I guess we should consider Urlacher "slow footed" too.
    I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

    Yeah Benji but they're so good at starting up a "crap stir" aren't they? LOL If we'd have been ranked 15th the howling would already have begun and this thread would have two dozen more posts by now.
