Yeah, which was about equal to the total yards gained by everyone else, LOL. I know it was better than that but not by much.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

You pawned me. lol

I'm sure JJ will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the assessment is that Jauron is largely to blame for The Shoopster's ineffectiveness. Maturity might have a lot to do with that, as well.
Still, those are some offensively dismal days that I'd rather not recollect.
Jim Miller coulda been a contenda!

You mean to tell me that the Bears actually had a worse offense under Shoop than they had under Turner and Martz?

Turner and Martz produced far better numbers points wise and yardage too. Shoop didn't know shoot about offense.

It's okay to say shit, BBPB. No one is going to slap you around and call you Shirley unless you have a dominatrix in your life! lol
I didn't really start paying attention to the Bears until the mid-2000s, though when they were on Monday Night Football I would watch them. They were normally playing the Packers, and were always the underdog, so I pulled for the Bears. I honestly used to wonder if the Bears had always been dominated by the Packers and if they would ever win big against them. So far, it's no on both counts, though Lovie is 8-9 including the NFC Championship Game that was played in 2010 against the Packers. Now the Bears are only ahead of the Packers in head-to-head meetings by like six games. I doubt we'll be holding the lead much longer unless we continue to draft well and sign, and trade for, key players.
