Well aren't we little mister "the glass is half empty" today. Somebody piss on your Wheaties Benji?
Suspended for what?? Being in the wrong place at the wrong time?? Jeezus I don't think even St. Roger could reach far enough to grab for that lame ass excuse. It's not like he was charged and then acquitted. They can't even come up with enough solid evidence to charge him so on what basis would Goodell be able to to do what the law could not. Even if he did I doubt it would hold up to an appeal and this appeal Goodell wouldn't be hearing himself.
It's over, done, kaput, fini and time to get on with some football. Benji go take some happy pills and stop looking for the worst. It almost sounds like you want it to happen.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

I'm banking that Goodell has enough heat with the Saints case to drop any kind of hammer on Marshall. Add to that Marshalls personal struggles he might just get a pass. At least I hope.

Since some people are shits who are just lookin for a payday (sometimes) when it comes to pro athletes, I gotta question : If the accuser is lying, are the cops gonna charge her with filing a false report ? That's also a crime. Yea sometimes these guys are guilty as hell ..... and sometimes they aren't.
Some of these squids put athletes through hell - yet none of them ever get charged .... and that's bullshit.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

Off topic, I never realized how well spoken Marshall is compared to most black NFL players.

I've noticed that most NFL players in general are fairly well-spoken compared to the college players, whether or not they are white or black. The players at the college level are largely thugs from the 'hood who only go to school so they can have a chance at getting a big pay day in the NFL someday. Some players actually want a degree to go along with an NFL career. That number of players who want that has become fewer and farther between over the past twenty yeats since players started leaving college a year early for greener pastures.
(A note, BBPB: Heath Shular played quarterback at Tennessee - yes, THAT Heath Shular who was a bust for the Redskins. He went pro a year early and the Vols struggled at QB for the entire 1994 season. He did come back to Knoxville to obtain his degree, went on to start his own real estate business, and eventually became a prominent member of the U.S. House of Representatives as a congressman out of North Carolina. But he probably screwed his NFL career up by leaving school early. Thank God he came back and got his degree.)
