Saab... who drives a Saab, it's not even a real car.. Nor is Volvo. Get a real car a Toyota!
There is no way a "rice rocket" like a Toyota can compare with a Saab even on it's best day. I used to drive Japanese cars. I had a couple of nice Acura's but once I switched over to European cars there was no turning back. They're just far better cars for the money and I'm one hard bargaining, value oriented, get my money's worth and more son of a bitch.
Tell you what. You get in your Toyota and I'll get in my old Saab and we'll both drive head on into a wall and 60 mph and see which one of us walks away intact. In my book Saab's and Volvo's are much safer cars than any Toyota.
If a Toyota was a better car I'd drive one. Their trucks are a different story. Those are pretty bullet proof.
Toyota = a Japanese Chrysler (they may be pretty to look at but they're cheaply built)

I would love to see what you all have in Scandinavia. I hear it's beautiful, but very cold. I also hear that the women are beautiful there, just like Russian women. I know going to foreign countries for you all is much easier to do because traveling from nation-to-nation in Europe is more a kin to how we travel from state-to-state here.
Are you originally from American or are you full-blooded Swede?
I am a full-blooded Swede! Too bad you've never been to Europe man. Though I shouldn't say anything, I've never been to the US..
To whoever asked about Saab: The government was talking about saving the company but it seems they won't go through with it. The thing is Saab automobiles will most likely die, but the part of Saab that makes airplanes and military vehicles is a flourishing business. And they don't seem to be intrested in saving the automobile-part of the company either. So I really don't know. It's kind of a big deal too because of the number of employees Saab has and subcontractors. It will (and already has to some extent) affect our economy.
Those of you who managed to stay awake during my lecture will be awarded with a classic swedish U-båt (submarine) – a shot of Jägermeister sunken into a beer.

Wow, your English is remarkably good! I should have paid more attention in college to my lessons in my Spanish classes, but alas, that ship has sailed and I'm back to being one of a majority of Americans who don't know the first lick of a foreign language.
Soul, though, says he knows Turkish.

Thanks mate! Don't feel bad though, if you were exposed to the spanish language the way I've been to english every single day since I was ten you'd be speaking it fluently now.
I might have to teach you some swedish though. Many swedes migrated to Chicago in the beginning of the 20th century so you might have a little bit of Sweden in you!

The way I've learned myself English is by playing loads of computer games. Never really paid attention at school, and if I'm honest my fluent English is way better than my grammar, never liked grammar, and my Danish grammar/spelling is awfull aswell, or well it's not the best.
Dags isn't Sweden he is German yet he doesn't understand a word of it.

As far as I know, I have Scottish, German, and Cherokee Indian blood in me. I don't know what else I have. I probably have a little bit of English as well. But I know of those blood lines for sure.

No, Soul says he has a translation program on his computer. I don't know a word of Turkish but I can use a translator for words and phrases just like anyone else. Danish and Swedish come out of it too, LOL.
I do speak and can read and understand some Spanish though, just not fluently. But enough to get by with someone who could speak no English as far as basic speech goes. Spanish is the second official language out here.

Yes Hugogo, but then they all moved to Northwestern Wisconsin and Minnesota for the colder weather and the snow. LOL

Here in America observing the traditions of your heritage is more important than learning the language. For instance. I'm 40% Irish and on St. Patty's day I think I can drink more whiskey and Guinness than any man in town.
Of course I was always wrong about that.

Hugogo, the reason that the Minnesota Vikings are known as the Vikings is because of the large population of Scandinavian descendents up there. (I live in Tennessee, which is in the Southeastern U.S.) Down here, most people are Scottish or Irish, though there are some German and a lot of Native Americans living in this area.
