I'm looking forward to seeing what two fast strong DT who can both penetrate can do playing next to one another. You can't double team both of them and contend with Pep and maybe even McClellin on the outside. This is a huge line but they're very quick.
really liked last years draft in the first two rounds just wished carimi didnt get hurt and paea was more involved. That was one ja draft after first two rounds that I didnt punch the wall lol

Well rookies can often be a disappointment in there first year anyway, especially linemen and WR's. I expect both will break out nicely this year. Since neither of them got much of chance to show what they could do last year it'll be almost like two extra picks this year.
I think we can expect more out of McClellin this year than Paea last. Either you can get out on the edge as pass rush or you can't and Shea seems to have all the right tools for it. Jeffery I'm not so sure about as it relates to every snap play. He still needs to sharpen his game and get better separation. I think Bennett will share a lot of time with him but down in the red zone he's gonna be a killer. His size, his hands, and his ability to go up and get it are even better than Marshall's in tight.
I think Jeffery and Davis will get a lot of balls down inside the ten. Those are the big tall targets that Cutler likes to throw to when he has to pass in close. No need for speed, just an ability to catch his high hard ones.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

I hope Paea has a great season. Hope the dline has a great (and healthy) year. That may not "Shock The World" this year, but it would sure make me happy
That "Shock The World" title made me laugh. A bit over the top for any football story.

I'm looking forward to seeing these guys coach. Hope they're good.

Paea is going to be in beast mode this year. Hopefully Hardin picks the game up quick. But watch out fellas, I wouldn't dismiss Major Wright stepping up big time this season. He's a heck of a talent so hopefully the light goes on this year. But the Bears have a great quartet of safeties now. Great blend of speed, athleticism, hard hits and YOUTH.

I'm sick of good. I want "great" and "great" is measured in Super Bowl WINS and nothing less. If you accept mediocrity as being "OK" then guess what? You will be a mediocre team that has not won a Super Bowl in over 25 years - a quarter century. It is outrageous that a once great franchise like the Chicago Bears have only 1 Super Bowl win. Ever. Just one dusty old Lombardi from 1985.
Yea I was a Bears fan before I knew how many SB they had won, but when I started to really interest me for the Bears and read up on them I was really shocking in a way that they only had won it ones. I mean Chicago is like one of the biggest towns ye, and one of the more older franchise if I'm corret. So I really hope this is our turning point and we can stay in the top with Packers, NE, Steelers, you name them.
I can't see how you could as a owner accept to be a mediocore team. Sure it could be wrose, you play football to win it, so ofcause your aim should be to win it and never be happy with a 2th, (Unless you're like the Cubs that have been nowhere close to it as far as I know)
