Just when I think your posts couldn't get worse.
Brady and NE 3 sb wins 5x afc championships(5 sb's), brady 2x sb mvp, 2x nfl mvp, 2x offensive mvp 3x O player of the year, 7 pro bowls comeback player of the year, 2000's all nfl team. And Brady's been doing it w/out a D or run game to fall back on.
Eli and NY, 2 sb wins, 2 nfc champs(2 sb's) 2x sb mvp, 2 pro bowls. they aren't even in the same fucking class you tool.
Rodgers NY, 1 sb win1 nfc champs 1 sb, 2 pro bowls, nfl mvp, sb mvp, single season QB record, AP athlete of the year, Fed Ex air player of the year Only player in NFL HISTORY to throw 4K yards in his first 2 years as a starting qb, Only player in HISTORY to throw for 45 TD's and less then 6 int's in a season. only thing Eli has on Rodges is a 2nd sb win; but only a fucking tard thinks sb rings = > qb ability.
Eli's a hell of a QB, but he in the back of the elite pack w/Big Ben(2 sb's also) b/c they both need complete teams around them to get enhanse their abilities where Brady and Rodgers have the ability to raise everyone else up and win dispite a lack of a run game or elite D's.

The pic saves me time to sum up all that gibberish you posted. lol
Eli has 2 trophies and was the difference in each SB. Owns Brady. Owns Rodgers easily too. Please stop swinging from Rodgers nuts. Downright embarassing to hear a Bears' fan put Rodgers above Eli.

Anyone with more than half of a working brain would put Rodgers over Eli. SBs don't make quarterbacks. Even the worst QB in the league can win a SB, it's a TEAM achievement. MVPs and records are personal achievements, and Rodgers has curb stomped Eli in that category as well as pretty much every stat that matters for a QB.

Hey you know if you took Rodgers nuts out of your mouth for a moment, you'd realize that Manning is every bit as good as Rodgers if not better. Sure showed it last year when it mattered. I mean anyone with half a working brain knows that Manning completely outplayed Rodgers in that playoff game. Oh and please spare me the ole, "the whole team" was rusty and just off its game. Its a pathetic excuse and makes you sound like a weasel.

Yawn. I'll take Rodgers over Manning every single time. I don't need to spare you anything because it's a fact that the entire team imploded.

*facepalm*
NY 2 trophies, eli doesn't get the trophy,he gets a ring; the TEAM gets a trophy. eli didn't play against brady, they play the same position and never were on the field at the same time; rodgers too. Eli had a more complete team in all aspects of the game and beat two teams that were only competent in one aspect, throwing, neither had the D that NY had in the playoffs, neither had the run game to support the O that NY had. The Bears if healthy would have stood a good chance of doing the same thing...if we could have gotten past NY.

Eli isn't even the Best Manning. I'd take Peyton(well maybe not the one w/a f'd up neck), Brady, Brees and Rodgers easily over Eli. Doesn't mean Eli isn't good, or elite, just not the top teir of elite. Again he's more in the class of Big Ben, ya really top qb that can win you sb's, but needs to have all the peices around him to do it. Rodgers, Brady, Peyton, Brees can do it w/a piece missing.

I'll just interject my two cents and then back out of this insult and crap fest.
The only stat that's ever really important is the number if wins in the win column. Not that Rodgers hasn't done that well too. But there are a ton of QB's with less than stellar stats that were winners going all the way back 50 years or so.
Two guys I've had an opportunity to see a lot of in my life were McMahon and Elway. Neither one of those guys had a 60% completion rate and Mac didn't even have enough in the way to passing yardage to make the top 50 but they both knew how to win. Eli may not be quite the QB that Brady and Rodgers are or even his brother is but the guy has two SB rings and he had to beat those other guys to get them.
I agree that it's a team effort but there have been few winning SB teams where their QB wasn't a huge part of their success. The days of winning SB's with the likes of Trent Dilfer are over. Without a top passer no team will even make the SB let alone win it. That guys doesn't need to lead the pack but he does need to be smart and know how to put the ball in the end zone. He can complete less than 50% of his passes but if he avoids picks and tosses two or three TD passes he'll win the game despite that.
No position in football stresses intangibles more than QB.

I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

I think what we are seeing is not the RB position becoming less important, rather evolving. The running back of the future is going to have to have good hands. I would be willing to bet Soul's left testicle that RB's will become more valued for their speed and hands than they will be running between the Tackles.
