Bears waive young QB Nathan Enderle
Bears waive second-year quarterback Enderle -- After concluding their three-day minicamp, the Bears on Thursday waived quarterback Nathan Enderle, a 2011 fifth-round draft pick who did not appear in a regular-season game as a rookie.Nathan Enderle
Enderle's departure leaves four quarterbacks on the Bears roster: Starter Jay Cutler, backup Jason Campbell, third-stringer Josh McCown and undrafted rookie Matt Blanchard.
Earlier Thursday, the Bears terminated the contract of veteran offensive lineman Mansfield Wrotto. The 6-3, 310-pounder appeared in 27 games with 12 starts in three seasons with the Seahawks (2007-10) and Bills (2010).
Wrotto signed with the Bears last Dec. 27 and was inactive for the season finale in Minnesota.

I'd like to think this means the Bears have a better young pro in Matt Blanchard. So maybe this is a good thing.
