Thread: I like reading Chalk Talk & Larry Mayer's stuff. Am I sick?

Agreed. He's not going to write too many negative things about the Bears, but he still provides decent information on occasion. If nothing else, I like to read his answers about stats or history related to the Bears and the game.

He used to lurk on the Bears message board from time to time. I thought that was cool. He seems to have a good sense of humor too. I've written him from time to time on Chalk Talk, and it's fun to see his answers. For a "Company Man" he does do some good positive stuff there.

Larry ain't bad. You can tell in his writing he can't outright say someone sucks (see Omiyale) but what he omits you pretty much know if you can't say something nice...

Yeah, with Larry you have to read between the lines sometimes but he does know his stuff when it comes to Bears history.

I've read a few of his in game blogs, and it seemed like he was gonna hang himself at the end of each Caleb Hanie directed game last year..
