i agree that neither Cutler nor Tebow should be on that list, but i fully expect Cutler to legitimately be on it next year. Tebow willed his team to the playoffs and that is why he is on that list, but Cutler carried his team through many wins pretty much single-handidly (and the collapse with his injury substantiates that). So that makes them even. But Cutler can make throws that Tebow can only dream of. He doesn't belong on the list ahead of Cutler. I love the guy, but no way.
I'm with you on Tebow. He is a straight up pimp. Its hard not to like a guy that runs head first into defensive players. If we could get him to cooperate with a DNA test I believe we would find that his father is Chuck Norris.

Tebow's going to play a big part of the favored-for-4th-place Jets...I don't see how he's gonna last 16 games as a wildcat QB, or if he takes over for Sanchez (who was supposed to be drafted in the first round) with his playing style. He didn't fool the Patriots once, and gave Tom Brady the luxury of punting on 3rd down...Cutler in a landslide, like Nixon in 72

Cam Newton (40), Matthew Stafford (41), Peyton Manning (50), Philip Rivers (61), Michael Vick (70), Joe Flacco (74), Tony Romo (91) and Tebow (95).

I take 1, maybe 2 over Cutler going forward and into next year.

Manning missed all of last season... Stafford has Megatron that makes his numbers look better than they should be. Rivers & Vick are good and on the same level. No way you can Rank Tebow or Romo over Cutty.

Romo gets a bad wrap, IMO. The dude always puts up good numbers, so he deserves to be there. I would only say Newton, Rivers and Romo are better, at this point.

If you have a supporting cast your chances of being one of the best goes up. Aaron Rodgers is a perfect example of having a great supporting cast because you can have a bad game and still win games. If you have NO supporting cast you will struggle big time and suffer through out the season. Jay Cutler is a perfect example of struggling because he has no freaking OL and our WRs completly suck.

Um...pretty much every game Rodgers has played poorly (which are very few and far between) we've lost. Not a good example.

It is actually a pretty good example of a good QB in a system that makes him look better than he actually is. That can be interpreted as a slam on Rodgers, which I am only half implying, as the only other way to interpret that is that the system built by your offensive coordinator/coaches is that damn good. (which I will also only half imply, as giving compliments about Packers is anathema) Further proof was Flynn setting franchise records (better stats than previously attained by Favre or Jolly Rodgers) showing not that he is the greatest QB in Packer history, but that the system is really that good. My humble opinion. link to summary of record setting game by some cheesehead: http://www.jsonline.com/packerinside...136518063.html
