    Ok so who was the fucker we signed for 2 mil for one season who totally sucked?

    This was just a few years ago.

    Wheres Jimmors & Kronick when I need them ?

    Good days bad days. The first day of camp all we heard was about Marshall dropping balls and he and Cutler not being on the same page. Then yesterday he burns Peanut for some big gainers. Too soon to tell anything yet.

    He's a PS guy for a year and that's about it. The difference in cap cost between McCown and a rookie is so small that we might just as well have McCown holding the clip board and charting plays. As a #3 Blanchard get's almost zero reps in practice during the year but if he's on the PS and he and McCown are running the "scout team" week in and week out he gets a lot of reps.

    If a year from now he still can't hit a bull in the ass with a blunderbuss then he's gone and we'll have another rookie just like him trying to earn his way onto the team. Gotta develop these guys over time or pay the price for the experienced vets. Not much in between.
    I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
