Yep, Shanny was still coaching in Denver when Bates was here. I think there may be some doubt as to just how much of the Broncos success was due to Shanny and how much old "Horseface".

The Broncos didn't do too well after Elway hung it up. I think Cutler may have saved his ass if Bowlen hadn't let him go for that idiot McDaniels. That has to be one of the worst ownership blunders in the history of the NFL.

If Shanny never got canned then we never get Cutler or Marshall and JA drafts another QB who doesn't work out. Thank you Pat Bowlen for helping to rebuild the Bears simultaneous to practically ruining your own team.

Ofcause you're gonna look weak if you can't use your strength at the field. Now that he can use his strenght in the games I can only belive that he'll have a better year than the last two. I'm very excited to see the Devin Package, and I know that it's only reports from camp, but from I can read he those look strong this year. Just what a Hester fan wants to know. ;)
