OK Shea sucks? Jones great? Well Shea is here for a few years. Use him to the BEST, and not put him in a bad position. IF, IF !!!! , The OL holds up, and the BEARS put points on the board ( a lot ) other teams will be in pass mode way more often , which will help Shea. See Half Full thinking. lol.

Shea let RG3 get around the corner once tonight but overall he again made some nice plays and showed he has the talent to develop into a good player. He's gonna be fine.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?
RG3 is going to beat a lot of DEs in this league when scrambling. He's a little quicker and more agile than the typical QB needless to say. Shea is gonna be good for us, really good in time. I'm encouraged that izzy and the DTs seem to be coming on strong.Originally Posted by Blue Horse-shoe
His spin move to the inside is something he needs to work on. A few times he got washed into the middle and left the edge open. Maybe spin to the outside instead. He'll get it in time I'm sure.

Scotty, I watched almost all of the second preseason game, and I did see "Big Mac" make one hell of a spin move to pressure the quarterback. I believe it was in the third quarter when he did so. While he wasn't credited with a sack because whoever the second string quarterback for Washington is got rid of the ball, he made him pay with a big hit. Because of that, I think he's got some serious skills, and though he's not going to be as good this season as he will be in time, he will eventually be a great player and asset to the Bears.
