    I very well may be wrong. I do believe that if Williams outplays Webb he'd get the job. I didn't mean that they are automatically giving Webb the job regardless of what happens. So, in that sense it is a fair competition. It all comes back to the fact we don't have a guy on the roster who is clearly starting LT material. I do think the coaches see that Webb has the talent to be a solid LT, but he needs to play better. So they are pulling out all the stops to get him to play to his potential.

    I look at things this way. Chris Williams played very well at RT while he was filling in for Carimi a couple of nights ago. He proved that he has at least one tackle position down, that he can be at the very least serviceable. Now I'm eager to see what he can do at LT. In the past, CWill has played pretty well at LT, albeit in very limited action. If he plays the position like he did in the past, he would be an upgrade over Webb. One thing's for sure - you wouldn't get the stupid holding and false start penalties called in bunches from CWill that you will get out of Webb. That might be what wins him the job if he does get it.
