The man KNOWS the game. Unfortunately he he comes with some warts. Big hairy ones. He has had success, and by God, his previous methods will always work. If it doesn't, then it is the players fault, not his own fault for not tailoring his system to present players. If he seems inflexible, go back and read the part about his system works and it's the players fault.
