I'd take Gale Sayers, the greatest pure runner in the history of the game. Serviceable linemen are always available (if the GM will draft or sign a couple) but a back of Sayers quality is once in a lifetime. (OK, maybe twice with Sanders). With modern technology, those knees would be repaired and maybe not even fail in the first place.
