    It said on their site that it will shut down next monday the 27th. We had a thread about it in our staff section as a heads up (an ounce of prevention......), or else I would have never known.

    I like our little corner of Beardom. This happened at a ridiculous time for them and a good time for us......right before the regular season.

    Welcome new folks and welcome back to those we haven't seen in a while.

    Well, using facebook means their real names will be posted instead of just a screen name. It should tone things down over there. Maybe it will be worthwhile. Personally, I don't use facebook, so I'm still not going to go over there. This is the best board I've found for discussion.

    Seriously guys we do welcome all comers but for those of you who are coming from the CBMB please leave the flaming and trash talk behind. Many of us around here have known one another for a very long time. We're a pretty friendly and close knit group here and we'd like it to stay friendly.

    You're gonna find that you can speak your mind pretty openly around here and you'll also find that we're adults and we know all the same four letter words you know too. You don't need to prove you know more. We don't censor but use a little restraint and no one will go bat shit over an occasional "F" bomb.

    Well that's my 2cents worth so welcome to any of you who may be registering here for the first time. You're in for a treat because there is no finer place to discuss Chicago Bears football than here.
