    1k is very steep! That's why I decided waiting around for the trophy I wanted, plus the cost, wasn't worth it. Hence the reason why I am having them produced in bulk. $299 is damn cheap for what it is. 20.5 inches, 8 lbs, and zinc alloy (not the resin crap with sand holes).

    Yeah, ummmm, reading is fundamental, lol. Is the thing solid? Don't think it could be at 8lbs.

    Haha, no worries. Not solid. The ball is hollow and the stand is hollow. At 8 lbs, its still surprisingly heavy. It feel sturdy and solid. If it was pure metal... It'd have to be 30 lbs at least.

    If back splash is referring to the weird looking reflections on the trophy, obviously that is only there because of weird reaction to the iPhone camera with the sun bouncing right off the metal. It looks just like the real deal.
