Lovie and the whole crew? Will it just be Tice (for telling us the oline was fine for this year)? Emery, for not fixing the oline when it screamed for needing help?

Good question. One that doesn't go is Emery and if he get's fired I'm gonna hang myself. He did fix the WR problem, I don't see a reason why this guy can't build a soild Oline..

Lovie.. Well as the headcoach he has the overall responsibility, but can we get a better one to do the job? I think if it's because of Oline that the season fails, he will stay. However if the season fails because of clock mangement, tactics or challengens I belive he is history.

Tice goes if he is the man that said the Oline was fine pre FA/draft but it failed doing the regulair season.
    Oderint dum metuant.

We have SO much talent on offense this year that I don't see how the oline can possibly be 32nd in the NFL again. The loaded talent in-and-of-itself will make this oline "look" better, even if, in reality, they are no better than last year. I don't believe we will see this offense reach its full potential until Emery seriously commits to building a solid oline.

I'm tired of this mentality of "it may be 'good enough' to get us by" for another year. Man, I'm sick of it. My dream as a Bears fan, is to someday watch a Bears oline look GREAT again. Where they impose their will on the OTHER team. Where the OTHER team's players are handled like rag dolls. And Cutler & Company can march up and down the field lighting up the scoreboard - any time they want.

That is, IMHO, attainable. If Emery puts a high priority on DOING it.

Do you guys think Cutler would take a smaller amount if we got Long?
