    Colts - Packers - Rams - Cowboys

I agree with the person who said Lovie will play it sneaky and not use all the whistles & bells against the Colts. He'd be stupid to do that. He'll hold back some surprises for the Packers, especially since we've changed our offense scheme and players quite a bit.

We've had so many changes that I expect us to be rough looking at first. But we should be completely settled in and playing our best after completing that 4th game against the Cowboys.

I think it would be great if we were 3-1 at that point. If we have to lose one game though, I hope it isn't against the Packers. The Packers are the measuring stick to our season. Our goal should be to win that game, even though it's at Lambeau. The problem is that we've had so many changes, that we probably won't be hitting on all cylinders that early in the season.

    The OLINE:
We really won't know until we see them against opponents in real games. Logically, I tell myself that Tice wouldn't be this positive about this bunch unless there was "something" there that we don't see. And that could very well be the case. That this oline is better than we fear. So I'm for believing in this oline for now. Hoping for the best. I confess that I don't understand why Tice moved the deck chairs around. I don't understand why C.Will was benched and made into a tackle. I don't understand why we moved Spencer to LG. But maybe Tice knows best here. He works with these guys every day. I don't know squat (just an armchair fan).

If this oline is average (not great but not horrible) then I'm still thinking we could get 11 wins this year. At the very least I hope we make the playoffs (and pass Detroit......that was horrid, getting passed by Detroit and dumped to 3rd place in our division last year).

99 I'd be happy going 3-1 after the 1st quarter. 2-2 would be a little disappointing but I checked the Packers schedule & they have SF, Chi, @ Sea & NO @ GB. Not easy by any means.

As long as we can get decent guard play I think Carimi is the key to the OL. You can help Webb with chips & TEs but you can't help both. If he stays healthy he'll get better as the season goes on IMHO.

On "D" obviously #54 has to get healthy & stay that way for us to be a top tier defense. If he's not on the field much this year our D-line has to get pressure to make up for it. McClellin and Ozougwu have shown they have the skills to do it & Wooten has looked better each PS game. Like Soul said if we can get good pressure from these guys it will make a big difference.

My overall thoughts are 10-12 wins & a playoff spot if we can stay away from major key injuries.

Anybody else seen the new Xfinity commercial starring Urlacher in which he says " no pixie dust " ? Couldn't believe it . LOL !!!!
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?

    A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

So it looks like the consensus about the first game is that it will heavily feature the run game, and the pass game will be pretty basic?

Well just viewing talent of new faces (schemes will be night and day in a real game) I have a few thoughts

    Bmarsh/Jeffery

Big big improvements in my opinion Jeffery is a diamond in the rough IMO and Marshall looks rejuvenated here

    Shea

I'm still sticking to my original "what the hell are we doing" opinion of him, after Pre season i just am not sure how well he is adjusting to a 7 tech in the nfl

    O-line

I'm adding theese guys in becaus of a full offseason, overall I think they are going to take a big jump

10 wins. With luck and less injuries 11. Won't save Lovie imo though unless it's a deep playoff run. If the line implodes 8 wins regardless of the weapons amassed.
Arguing on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win your still messed up.

I can see us either booming or busting big this year. Honestly i pray we boom but I see this as lovies last year. So who's ready for the 3-4 and Cowher?
