Bears - Packers Game
I realize we need to get past the Colts first. But that should be a cakewalk for the Bears. The Packers on the other hand have a tough opening day opponent, San Francisco. SF is a physical, beat the crap out of you, type of team.
Even if the Packers win that one (and it's not going to be easy to win that one) they still should come out of that game banged up and hurting.
They get us 4 days later.
I didn't realize until tonight that the Pack had SF right out of the chute next Sunday. Could be to our advantage. We could steal one at Lambeau. I'm sure going to be a 49'er fan next Sunday.

I hope you're right. Every little bit of outside help we can get, to retake the division, is great.

There's a better chance the Packers start 0-2 than the Bears.

I don't agree we steal one from GB, I think we out and out win the game.

It's always a 50/50 chance anytime the Bears and Packers play no matter who has the better team. That game has always been an equalizer between the two. We've done pretty well against them in Lambeau since Lovie became HC and there's no reason why we can't win it.
It just comes down to getting some breaks and keeping Rodgers from making big plays. When the win it's usually one or two big plays that get it done for them. Stop those from happening and with the offense we can put on the field now we should be able to do a better job of controlling the ball and keep Rodgers off the field. If we can do that we can win.
