Yeah he made the final 53 and he's been wearing #97 in the preseason. Now that Urlacher is back Thomas is listed as #2 SLB behind Roach and Hayes has been moved back to his more natural postion as #2 behind Briggs.

What I liked most about Thomas when I watched his college videos is that he has really good range and he can cover and play in space. That's an ideal situation as far as how the Bears use their SLB.
