Forte and Marshall are the two best weapons we have. It's almost impossible to stop both. If they put a Safety on Marshall they can't bring him up to stop the run. If they try to cover Marshall with one man he'll do what he did on Sunday. In fact he can do that most of the time with two men on him.
The Bears have a new trick up their sleeve too. On Sunday the used both Forte and Bush in the same backfield and motioned Forte into the slot creating a fourth receiver. So that means you have to cover him with a Safety or a LB which leaves a gap uncovered and a good RB still in the backfield who can also burn you.
The fact that Forte can be used in so many different ways now, including as a blocker, adds another dimension this year that wasn't so easily added last year. Having two other guys in the backfield who are both good receivers also means somebody has to account for them even if they stay in to block. They can release into the flat basically uncovered.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Dude's a beast, didn't need TC. Let's hope it's not serious, but if it is, let's hope Bush can carry his weight. It seems like in this offense, at least running, Bush has more playmaking possibilities anyway.
