Sad but true.

By the time the sports media gets through with this, they'll be reporting the fans were just screaming profanities at Cutler because they hate him. The sports media people will never let up on Cutler because he refuses to kiss their collective butts.

We Cub fans embrace our misery and accept our idiocy, thus, we must also enjoy the self deprecating humor that accompanies it all. It's all good. Some day I'll share the story about my young son (avatar) asking if he can be a Cardinal fan AND a Cub fan (it had been a rough day at school for the lil first grader). But today we celebrate DA BEARSSS.

Lovie supported Jay on this topic today at his presser. Now is the time to have every player make it a talking point when they are interviewed. The topic has been brought up by Jay now let everyone see the whole team support Jay on this. Have the players make 10 second videos to play on the jumbo-trons during pregame and tv timeouts telling fans when to be quite. Beat it into the fans heads that cheering while the Bears are on offense is counter productive!

I'm sure you and I can both relate, can't we. I just told him that it would be difficult, but that if he wanted to be a Cardinal fan, he was permitted to as he would have much happier summers during his life, but that he can NEVER WEAR ANYTHING THAT EVEN LOOKED LIKE GREEN BAY PACKER COLORS!

His indoctrination has been successful through it all and he proudly wears orange and blue for both the beloved and the Illini, while wearing red, white and blue for the Cubs...and Seal Team 6.

I feel for Jay saying this but at the same time what does he think is going to happen when we play teams on the road in Dallas and Green Bay hmmmmmmmmmm? Yes they will quiet down just for him
