Welcome to the board, stonehouse91. I think you'll find that the people are overall very friendly and knowledgeable of the goings-on of the whole Chicago Bears scene!
I tend to be more along the line of, "This is what I expected," than anything else. I expected a potent offensive attack come out of the game with all the weapons we have. The only questions were the linebackers and the offensive line, and considering the fact that Urlacher saw limited action and the line is still "gelling" yet again, we did very well. I was pleased with that.

It was quite refreshing to see our squad put up 41 w/out the help of Hester, Although I still would love to see him run one in anytime!

Welcome to the board, CalBear! I agree, it was nice to see how dominant this offense was against the Colts.

Freeney got hurt too early in the game to tell if he would have made that much differents.

oline on passing downs will be hit or miss every game. Notice how the oline played better once Freeney got hurt? Coinicidence? idk
and the defense needs some new talent bad and I hope next offseason we add some new blood there cause our stars have gotten old man. Look how shitty the dline looked once Peppers was sat down cause of the blow out. We dont cover running backs just imagine if Colts had a RB who can catch like Forte wow we would have got tore up. Urlacher looks like shit too
Despite all that I think we are the most improved team in the division and we will be a playoff team

Freeney is a really good pass rusher though. If Webb didn't give up a sack to him for what was it, an entire quarter? In addition to holding his own against him? I'd say he did well. But I didn't get to see much of the game.

Thanks for the welcome. So far I like everything I've seen. I was on the old CBMB at the official site but since they shut that down, I had to find somewhere else to discuss my Bears with and after looking at a lot of them, this seemed like the best one, knowledgeable fans, good layout, just in general seemed like the best.

Webb held his own against some of the bull rushes they were trying to do as well. Hopefully they can keep it up.

One game down but several more to go. Remember one game will not define people. Just take it one game at a time!
Have A Safe Mother's Day!

You're welcome as far as the welcome to the board stuff is concerned. Hopefully, you'll find that things here are a lot less...crazy...than what you had over at CBMB.
