I'm officially worried about this game now. 1st epsn analysts picked us 2 to 1 last night. Today Mike Greenburg picked us too. That's two strikes; the media is so wrong so often and so many are leaning are way.
Also this would be the 3rd straight loss at home for GB; hard to see that happening; and they statistically need this win to stand a chance to get into the playoffs; teams 0-2 to start the season stand less then a 10% shot to make the playoffs.
I still like our chances to steal the game, it's a coinflip type game, not worth putting money on but man I don't like the signs pointing at us.

I just hope the replacement refs don't affect the outcome.

They won't any more then the reg refs will have.

Sir, I pray that you are correct ......... in a good way of course.

I think the Packers have more to worry about then the Bears. When the Bears and Packers play most of the calls aways go the Packers way, maybe the Packers haven't gotten into the replacements pockets as deep as they have with the regular refs.

This will be like a playoff game for Green Bay. They will come out wanting to absolutely destroy us in front of their fans. They realize that 0-2 (and a home defeat against the Bears) simply cannot happen.
They will play us tonight like it's the Super Bowl. Do or die.

And Bears gotta play like there was no tomorrow to show you have to expect us.
Packers will come out like someone just made a massive fart in their locker room and has years of anger to release on us. Now talking from soccer experience it's all about not letting a goal in doing the start when the other team goes full steam ahead, I kinda assume it's the same. If the Bears can shut down the Packers in the first few drives and put some points in the board(Ninja edit! should read my post before posting.. ) they might piss their pants.. oh wait they already have..
0-2 would be kick in the nuts for them...(expect that girl Clay Mat something) I like that thought let's make it happen.
Even tho Packers are a good team and the Bears havn't won in a long time at Cheese land.. you know it's football everything can happen. But oh boy does the thought of us beating the Packers in week 2 and having them go 0-2 and us 2-0 is just sweet. Every time I think about the game I get a smile on my face... Just imagine... Imagine their fans... Imagine our team spirit... Imagine... If we can't win the SB this year throwing rocks at Packers wheel is just about as good as it can get.. Oh Packers... we're comming for you..

Apparently you didn't watch the 18 penalty game on 9-27-10. The Packers get screwed just as much if not more so than they have go their way.

If anyone is expecting a blowout from either side I think they'll be disappointed. The SF game was a one TD game and depending on whose opinions you believe SF is one of the top 5 teams in the NFC and maybe THE top team.
I can't see a breakdown so badly on either team that it turns into a runaway. In the past few years the Bears have been out gunned offensively in these games. I don't think that's an issue any longer but let's not let one big showing on offense go to our heads. These games are always a battle even when the teams aren't as closely matched as they are now. One or two big plays are all it takes to make a difference.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
