I apologize if you took it that way, it wasn't intended as such. Trust me, if I wanted to rub your nose in it I would have done so. I've never been the type of person to do anything like that. I've been on the receiving end of that far more than I care for. I don't care for people who go out of their way to be douchebags to others over their team winning a game, and I've never had a problem chastising my own for doing it either.

Still dont see how you can say it was a good game, besides your team WON, GRATZ,

Your team won fair and square, Evernight, and deservedly so. Your D outplayed our O by a mile and your coaching staff out-coached ours likewise. The Bears D put up a heroic fight against Rodgers & Co. but were let down yet again (even on STs!). Green Bay got a win they HAD to have (no matter what the pundits say, this was as close to a MUST WIN for the Packers as any September game can be) and the Bears utterly squandered a golden opportunity to put a major divisional/playoff rival into a deep, deep hole. Bottom line was:
GB's D >> CHI's O in a big way
GB's coaching/prep/plan >> CHI's as well
And GB > CHI on special teams too
The Bears put out a pathetic performance and the overall results were eerily similar to the NFCCG a few years ago.

All I can say is after what the 49er did to GB, and then seeing what GB did to us, I just can't wait to see what will happen to the Bears if we get into post season play against the likes of the 49ers and the Giants. What the Giants first stringers did to us in the pre-season was pretty much a mugging. And I don't care if it was pre-season - they can do it to us any time they want unless our OL suddenly transforms into something that resembles an NFL OL.

And unless our coaching staff puts together an intelligent game plan and our WRs act as more than "decoys" and our QB manages to keep his head through adversity...
...pretty much eliminates any realistic hope of us beating SF or DET (or even Dallas) on the road, doesn't it?

I turned my tv off in the 4th Q after the int. I simply coundn't watch it till the end.. Oh fucking hell the disapointment... I hope Forte is alright. The only positive about that game was Bush. Edit: and McClellin getting a sack on Rodgers.. Hopefully it won't be the last I wan't to see him beating the shit out of him just as much as that girl from Packers smack down Cutty..
I'm not pissed at the loss, I'm pissed off, sad, disapointed you name it over the way we lost. We look like the Colts... Wait we looked even worse.. Holy shit.. This better not happen again..
Perhaps the expatation was to high? Nah I don't think so if he bought out our game A we could have won it, the D played well.. Someone please call Halas Hall and ask what the hell went wrong from Sunday to Thursday? The offense we bought was just not NFL level and if it were it was something I would expect from the Rams. We had the tools for hammering the nail in the coffein, and yet it seem liked we were to beat the tail in with our bare hands..
I wanna see a change I can't stand to see the Bears O play like that.. I was soooooo close to rewind the O and watch the D and hope for some turnovers for TD..
What could have turned the game away giving us momentum was the TD Marshall should have gotten but no. As normally when you need the TD the most you don't get it..
What's the point of Marshall if you don't throw at him? Thank god that was a Thursday game. Give the coach staff more time to get the train back on track.. If we play like this on O again against the Rams we might aswell end up losing.. '
Fucking hell

And this in a nutshell explains (but does not justify) why Cutler got frustrated last night. He has all these new tools and I believe he really thought that we would hold our own and win. When that didn't happen, he didn't cope well.
For me, it also explains why he worked through all the other times that the line sucked and his WRs let him down. He expected the OL and WRs to play like they played. I think this time with his weapons he thought it would be different (although I think he gave too much credit to anticipating good OL play) and the big disparity between expectations and reality is what made him so frustrated.
As leader he can't do that. I don't understand why people get on him for yelling at Webb. It was deserved and I would have been upset had he not done that. Webb laughing at him when his QB is telling him to provide better protection (in Cutty's own lovable way) when he was not providing good protection shows me the disconnect between Webbs seriousness of the situation and even his perception of his performance. If I were Tice, I'd be having a serious conversation with the dud, but he will probably just tell him that he has great potential and buy him a taco (super sized, of course)
