and when he didn't the damn WR he threw to dropped the ball.
If you are going to fine Cutler, you better fine the entire Fn line and every WR.

Cutler was not what the cause of our poor play was, HOWEVER, his way of handling it made the whole team on edge and frustrated and they were not able to pull themselves out of the tailspin as they did last week. His handling of the frustrations, both mentally and physically was poor.
I still maintain that the pressure that he was under did not allow him to perform well. When we pressured Rogers, he didn't do well either. When his WR didn't come back and caused a pick, He was also pissed. No one is getting on him for that. It was also justified.
I think the difference is that he was not under CONSTANT pressure and he was able to stay composed both because of that and because he handled it in a more mature way.
My disappointment and frustration with Jay is mostly self-imposed, and maybe a bit unfair...I keep thinking, hoping, praying, expecting Jay to be and act like an elite QB...sadly, he's not, and probably never will be...
With that say, he's still a good, maybe even a very good QB...and any talk of running him out of town at this point, is crazy talk...
However, Jay will never raise his team up; he will never be better than the talent around him; he will never make those around him better...in other words, not elite...
Yeah, but I'd like to see Tom Brady rely on Johnny Knox and Devin Hester for years.

Charles Woodson rips Cutler: ‘It’s the same old Jay’
STAFF REPORT, AP September 14, 2012 10:40AM
Earlier in the week, a confident Jay Cutler wished the Packers’ defensive backs “good luck” in trying to match up physically in man coverage with a new-look wide receiver corps led by Marshall. Stalked by Tramon Williams for much of the night, Marshall was targeted just five times and finished with two catches for 24 yards. And he couldn’t convert his one big opportunity, dropping a potential touchdown in the third quarter of the Bears’ 23-10 loss to the Packers on Thursday night.
Charles Woodson said the Packers took note of Cutler’s quote.
“It was everywhere,” Woodson said. “You know how it is. Once you make a statement these days, it doesn’t take long for it to travel and get to you.”
Moments after the game, Woodson told ESPN’s Rachel Nichols: “Heard some talk out of the Bears: Packers secondary not working coverage, bigger receivers ... we heard about it. We understand that Jay is excited about his new weapons, but it’s the same old Jay. We don’t need luck. Jay will throw us the ball.”
Cutler shrugged off any potential fallout from his comment, noting that the Packers didn’t play much man coverage.
“They didn’t play man, so why would they say anything?” said Cutler, who was sacked seven times and finished with a 28.2 passer rating, the second worst of his career.
I have to say you have written one dumb comment, you don't fine a players because he tell another player is play is unacceptable. Lack of play well first Cutler has to get the damn ball out his won hands and has to target Marshall neither one happen last night. And for the record even if we had that TD we still lose so no big deal.
Bottom line is Jay Cutler is not a leader of men. The QB's are LEADERS..Drew Bress=leader of men, Peyton Manning= LEADER, Brady? LEADER!. Jay Cutler? He's nothing but a baby who cries and moans when his teammates fuck up. Guess what Jay? You threw some real shitty passes last night. Did anyone of your wr's or linemen push you around? No. See...a leader shifts the blame to HIMSELF. What Cutler should've said was.."I NEED TO PLAY BETTER, IT STARTS WITH ME!" The QB takes the blame, and then behind closed doors let's his teammtes know that they need to play better. Jay? He pushes and yells at his o-linemnen? WTF? I wish that slow fuck left tackle of yours woud've punched him in the face. Bears fans...You will NEVER win with this guy. Yeah he may get you to the playoffs but when the game is on the line do you trust him? Nope. Remember when he hurt his knee during the NFC championship game? All he did was sulk and made it about him. How about helping your teammates on the sidelines? Nope. Can't stand this punk. He's a loser. Always was and always will be. ps...and Brandon Marshall isn't any better. When you need an important catch can you trust him to make it? Nope. Culter and Marshall are stat guys, not winners! Peace!
Cutler is like Webb has all the ability just doesn't know how to use it. Cutler is a good QB but after last night I know Cutler will never be an elite QB.
He won 3 SB's with guys like Deion Branch, David Patton and David Givens. Almost made another one with Rache Caldwell, Doug Gabriel and Jabar Gafney. Please do not mention Tom Brady in the same sentence with Jay Cutler. One's going to the Hall of Fame and the other is not. One's a winner and one's a loser.
