Luckily the Bears have the perfect opportunity to redeem themselves: December 16th. Soldier Field. vs the Packers.
If we win that game, and if we happen to make the playoffs after that...then all is forgiven, and we can just erase this game from our collective memories.
I can Chill Out because I don't want to act like Lovie.
Sorry Jimmors I'm not buying it. We went there to win and looked naked in the process.
A SACK on the first play? That set the tone of the game. They KNEW they could get over on our OL after that.
And they did. Cutler was once again reduced to playing for his life and making mistakes that any one of US would have made when the OL
failed to perform.
I guess we better get used to this : OR DO THE WORLD FAMOUS BEARS OFFESIVE LINE SHUFFLE!
Now move him here and move him there and lets see what happens. :drinking61:
WTF??
Burris is right about chilling out. However, this is a game to be remembered to see if progress is made. I'd rather see these things happen now than at the end of the season. I'll be curious to see if there are more halftime adjustments made down the line and more tactical play.
If I can't see improvement in those areas say by week 12 they will be what they've always been: a 9-7 or 10-6 team barring injury.
