It's amazing that the Bears are reaching back into the toilet for another one (in this case Rachal) and thinking this will help anything. It's still grabbing a "stinky one" out of the toilet, sprinkling him with Tice pixie dust, and expecting him to smell good.
There is nothing in Emery's oline player toilet that is going to do anything but stink.
I think the slimy green one (above) is Webb. But who are the other two?

LOL. Yeah, I heard that too. Pull a slimy stinky one outta the toilet, and old Tice can sprinkle 'em with his pixie dust - and you have Pro Bowl linemen. 
But to be honest they still look slimy and stinky to me

As far as I'm concerned, he is. No one and I mean NO ONE could possibly have gone this long (what two years?) with last place rated LTs, near bottom rated OLs and sack stats, and still be considered not only serviceable but in fact an OL guru.
The guy is an OL genius all right. Just not in the way we had all hoped.
