Does it matter how AR PLAYED, they lost. Last second call makes the difference? Want to win score TD's, or have your D sack the QB 8 times. Bad call, YES. Deserve to win, NO !!!!!!!! Why leave it up to a last second call? IF one play decides the game, you DON'T deserve to win, you just WIN!Quote:

I don't feel bad for GB one bit. They (may have) been shafted on one play. But that doesn't change one thing--Jay has to play better for us to beat good teams, starting with Dallas next week.

You can't beat good teams scoring 16 points per game and expect the defense to keep bailing you out game after game again this year. So far I'm disappointed.

I'm starting to get that same feeling I had back in 06 with Rex "Glass"man as starting QB where each game I'm asking myself "ok, is he gona throw for 300 yards with 2-3TD's, 0 int's & dominate.....orrrrrr is he gona come out fumbling snaps, complete as many passes to the other team as our own receivers, & rely on our defense to score more points to keep the game within reach".
BUT it would be so much nicer to just have him do exactly what he did last year after that horrible loss to the Saints & start winning games in bunches....WITHOUT the broken thumb ending. Many say this team is built to win NOW...but I also realize with players like Cutler, Forte, Marshall, Bennet, Hester, Carimi, Peppers, Tillman, Briggs (Urlacher is at his tipping point IMO), we have a few years to draft better O-linemen & secondary players. Those players I listed won't be retiring in the next 3,4,maybe 5 years safely...& with a new GM who appears to be far better than Angelo I have faith that we'll only be getting better & better over the next several years. More than ANYthing I'd like to have our Offense play under ONE coordinator/playbook to become more & more comfortable. The best offenses are those that have consistent players/coaches/playbooks. Peyton Manning in Denver is a great example of how an offense needs time to gel with each other, time to become fluent & comfortable, time to get their timing down PAT. Right now you can clearly see they are having issues that only require time together & in a couple years should be as dominant as Peyton was in Indy years back.
The same can be said about the OL and the coaches who were involved in that game. My opinion is that jay does get rattled yet it seems like other teams seem to know our same ol game plan week in and week out. In Rodgers defense they seem to make adjustments in games where we stick to the same game plan. The same can be said about Tice and his play calling where we seem to move the ball well on the ground yet for some reason we want to pass the ball.Quote:
