Chicago bears @ dallas cowboys
Lets look at whats going down so far :
DALLAS COWBOYS : points for : 47.... points against : 54
CHICAGO BEARS : points for : 74.... points against : 50
Both teams are 2-1
Looks like a no brainer right? Except for one thing ...
our record on MNF since Ditka left ... it's not that great.
If we play this game ... and plant Romo ...
and score on the Dallas 16th ranked defense ...
we walk with a win.
We DO have a WR corp that nobodys seen before ...
lets make em earn their money.
I would hate to see this come down to Forte and Bush when we have the capacity for AIRBALL.

Hmmm, isn't this exactly the kind of flawed thinking that cost us the Green Bay game??? I think it is.
Dallas has a marquee passrusher and two pretty solid CBs. If we come out going all pass-crazy (especially with neither Jay or our WRs being especially sharp lately), I see another sack and pick fest fiasco performance coming on national TV.
Run the damn ball!!!! Stick to the short game through the air until you can establish the above in the minds of the D and DC. I don't want to see any pass attempts over 15 yards until we have shown an ability to run the ball and protect the QB.

If we can force Dallas to stack the box to prevent the run their secondary can be taken advantage of with certain match-ups. We need to run early and often to set them up. Our receivers need to keep the drops to a minimum as well.

No you misread the quote. The idea being to at least let Dallas KNOW that we have a WR Corp.
Thus not stackin the box for Forte & Bush.
It has to be a balance between RUN & AIRBALL.
We know the run can be established ... hell its all Dallas has ever seen from us in the past.
Now this time lets bring some more news to the game in the form of why we hired CUTLER to ...
throw the BALL to sombody in a BEARS jersey downfield.

If the GIRLS safeties are weak, and the Bears run well, making the Girls stack the box ( Think I've seen that late nite somewhere). That would leave the other safety to double BM with the CB. Which again leaves it up to a Bears WR to beat man-on man ( quickly changed the channel when that came on late nite) AJ, EB or DH need to make it happen. Only way the TE's get it going is if the OL can hold it's own. Just KNEW, one way or the other what to expect form the Bears. Not knowing is worse then knowing. If the TE's can help and get it going, Bears win.
The passion of a few, to rule the many, that's Washington D.C.. Where else was that said before, about whom?

If the pressure is too intense on the O-Line, keep T.E.'s in to block on some plays.
That is not going to happen every play.
The game will shift if we are slick.
A balance of RB and WR.
We can beat thse guys.

If Dallas can beat the Giants on the road, they can beat the Bears at home on a Monday Night game. Same score, Dallas 24, Chicago 17.

Of course they can. Dallas might have more talent than anyone else in the league. But they aren't consistent.

It's a game where the Bears can't make stupid mistakes. The defense & special teams need to have stellar performances, to help our offense out. The offense needs to have their OC show up with a solid game plane (a realistic game plan that protects Cutler enough that he can perform well). The offense needs to protect the ball and not have stupid turnovers. Hopefully the team will have left "Bad Jay" in Chicago, and have "Good Jay" with them in Dallas.

Outside of the Jeffery catch for a TD in game 1,
nobody has seen what we are capable of doing.
There has been little if any Forte and Bush on the field at the same time.
If we establish a run early and they stack the box with eight then lets go AIRBALL.
Thats the idea is to get the whole offense involved for a change.
We didnt invest all of this money in Cutler @ Marshall to keep on running the ball.
And trading up in the second round to get Jefferys.
Dallas knows what we show up with ... it's the same thing we always show up with.
"I bet DAA BEARSSE run the ball" sez Jerry Jones in his booth
Lets give Dallas a surprise ... we can toss the rock for TD's.
If you hire the TALENT ... then GODAMMIT USE the talent!
We can both run AND catch ... lets let our team loose.
