Jeezus I'm getting sick of the "Cutler" watch. Every freakin' game it's something. No QB in the league has a camera on him more than Cutler. A dozen or more other QBs may have been upset with a play call yesterday but the only one who makes a highlight reel is Cutler. They just need to leave him the fuck alone.
Tice sent in a draw play and the drive stalled. Cutler obviously wanted a pass play and he didn't get it or couldn't audible out of the run. It's exactly the same type of play Martz called last year when he said, "tell Martz I said fuck him". If the press and everyone else hasn't figured out by now that Jay hates a conservative play call when he thinks he has a chance to keep a drive alive by passing.
What happened last night was exactly what happened last year with Martz. Personally I like it when he takes charge and speaks his mind. I don't care all that much if Mike Tice isn't the Bears OC a year or two from now but I sure as hell do care that Cutler is our QB and so should every others Bears fan.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
