I'm thinking the "captain" of the academic quiz bowl is about to get pwnd.

How about... What a great Leader Cutler is. He did wake up Webb and he motivated him big time. Since then, Webb is a NFL LT. Some guys just need to get motivated the hard way. Well done Jay

OMG here we go with this garbage again. It almost makes me sick to read at this point. Cutler had nothing to do with Webb, its all scheming and play calling. HE STILL SUCKS. They just aren't asking him to pretend like he doesn't suck anymore.
Being a crybaby =\= being a leader.

do us all a favor and take some time off... just read what others have to say and start learing what they want to say. You are here for a week now and it's just annoying reading your posts. Learn this board and get to know the other members first

Learn what others want to say? What you just said doesn't make any sense.
I'm adding to the conversation. You should read the thread before you post stuff thats been posted before.... in the very same thread. Go back and read.

Here's a thought experiment. Pretend the QB is a ghost w/o leadership value. The D and any other players on the O can find, or step up their leadership contribution. The D has led the team before so any "leadership" value the QB gives is just extra.

Can you people just cut to the chase, and start calling people like Dagan81, XxMidway, myself or anyone who's dares to voice concerns about Jay's antics and questionable leadership skills as "not real fans" and be done with it?
Reductio ad absurdum...it's how we roll...

Wolf, we didn't play in the NFL so we just don't know.
