    Jeffrey's final play was a gutsy, one handed catch for a touchdown. Maybe one of the more gutsy plays I've seen. Has anyone said specifically how and when he injured his hand? All I read is conjecture.

    How he broke it I don't know, but it was on that TD play. I think it was said in the post-game presser or a public announcement after the xrays. I also don't know what was broken - I'm assuming it was a bone in the hand, not a finger.

    Chicago Bears receiver Alshon Jeffery suffered a fracture in his right hand during Sunday's 41-3 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, a source familiar with the situation told ESPNChicago.com's Jeff Dickerson.


    Jeffery suffered the injury while catching a touchdown pass, although the exact cause is unknown.
