    This is all stat based, not Aikman opinon based, the NFL rankings show Bears D #6 and O #19.

    I always thought they should do a rating poled by coaches and players, and post that each week. I believe the teams we played (except GB) would rate our D higher! Offense, about right.

    on second thought, the Double Checker would rate the D higher as well (if he was honest)

    It's a bit hard looking at those numbers and not think we're the team that doesn't somehow belong...it like that "which one isn't like the others" game... we are the only top team with a D greater than our O...we're an anomaly...the universe hates anomalies....I don't mean to be negative, I really don't...the only numbers that matter are 4 and 1....

    Top 5 D's vs O rankings:

    Chi D #1, O 15
    Hou D #2, O 5
    Ari D # 3, O 29
    Sea D #4, O 27
    Phi D #5, O 23

    Top 5 O vs D ranking:
    NE. O #1, D #16
    SF. O #2, D #11
    Atl O #3, D #13
    NYG O #4, D #14
    Hou O #5, D #2

    Seems to me that if you have a Top 5 D or O, you're real luck if you have a top 5-15 of the other.
