GB provin they can still beat the top teams in the nfl today.
Det provin even dogs can have their day.
Min provin they might not be a fluke, but they aren't unbeatable by any means.

Good thing the Vikes lost, bad thing Lions and Packers won.
Packers did show that Texans aren't immortal, so that's a good thing, but tbh I when I think about it I'd rather have them 2-4.
Lions.. how the hell did Philly manage to fuck that up? They really pissed themself. The Lions oline? Waaauh, no need to talk about Carimi and his false starts when you see Lions Oline play. Almost 100 yards penalty from the Oline if I remember corret. We should be able to nail them.
    Oderint dum metuant.

To bring a little more sobriety to this thread, teams that generally play lights out at the beginning don't keep the pace up the whole season. Our defense will hit a rough patch, that's basically a given. We need to know against the Lions if our offense can come off the bye week well prepared, which they have the past two years. This lions D is still dangerous, but with a healthy Forte and Bush, we should be able to run them into the ground, and with their weakass secondary, if played right, Cutler should burn them for some great gains. But Stafford is due for a bounce back, and i wouldn't be too surprised if it happens even against our badass defense.

The Pack is going to start winning more, that is a guarantee. You saw the Seahawks team that defeated them can keep up with anyone, and the Bears MUST keep setting the pace. We lose a few in a row, and that is the team that will be breathing down our necks. The Vikings will start to get exposed, as their qb is a poor man's Chad Pennington and the Lions have great talent, but it's focused in a few areas, not all over the team like the Bears and Vikes.

Edit: Duplicate post, so i'll add a little more here....

Every NFC North team has the talent to make the playoffs, but....The vikes are still working with an inexperienced QB, with an offense that isn't built to have him do anything other than short passes and run with AP. Over the course of the season, they will start losing more games they shouldn't. Not predicting a record, but I either see them as barely missing the playoffs, unless we have 3 from the NFC north make it.

The Packers are incredibly flawed, but incredibly gifted at WR and QB. Unless Rodgers takes a nose dive, they're gonna find ways to win a lot more games. They could still win the division, despite the defense and lack of running game.

The Bears have the best defense, no doubt about it, but the dominance will not continue all season. I think it'll disappear for a few games here or there, but will no doubt be a top 10. The offense is showing that it's got the potential to keep up with anyone, but really need to have a strong showing against the Lions to be believed. The Bears are the only team I see beating the Packers for the NFCN division crown. I could also see another matchup in the playoffs, as I think we're better suited to beat the 49ers, and they're better suited to beat the Falcons, but either way, both teams have amazing skill players that could take down those two. I'd like to say CHI will win it, but I think 3 more weeks will let us know for sure.

Finally, Detroit. Their d-line is showing they have no consistency and their secondary is trash. Yeah, their safety came back and help them against Mike Vick, but the Eagles have been anything but consistent with Vick at QB. They have no running game, and while Stafford still has big game potential, he's just not got it this season. IDK if that means teams have figured him out, or that he needs to be Aaron Rodgers elite to will his team to wins, but they just don't have it this year. If they beat Chicago, I would be honestly surprised, unless Tice trips over his own shoes calling horrible plays, and Cutler has a bipolar performance. They are the only team I would already say is not going to make the playoffs...

Henry if we are as good as we think we are we better handle the lions the way NYG handled the 49ers.

Every team in the nfl is too good to expect a blowout win over anyone
