The Bears' 23-22 victory over the Panthers can and will be evaluated in many ways. But the bottom line is one of the factors that separates good teams from the pack is the ability to be victorious on a day when a lot goes wrong.
That certainly applies to the Bears, who were a wreck offensively for much of the game and didn't get a chance to make explosive plays on special teams.
When the game was on the line, Lovie Smith's squad made the biggest plays.
